XL Pants to Skirt

I bought this pair of pants a while ago, when I saw that they were only $1 I couldn't pass it up. It was a size 3x and I wear a 6 or 8, but I knew the material would cost me more then $1, let alone the zipper, buttons and studs (if I even knew how to put such stuff on and make it look professional). Here is the skirt after it was completed. I added some textured fabric (the closest in color I could find), so that the skirt would be fuller and have more visual interest. I finally finished it last night (it took me a long time).

New Loves

With the cold weather finally upon us (I know in LA it doesn't really get 'cold' but for us Los Angelenos its cold) I have been wearing more layers and what better way to add an extra layer to keep warm or little sparkle to brighten your day then with some cute new hair (or head) accessories.
